For those that don't know, I had stepped
up my training this year to fight in a Boxing tournament. In early march
While lifting weights, I tore out 4 tendons from my left shoulder. On May
8th I had surgery to reattach them. In mid june I started back training.
Very slowly and am coming along rather nicely. Below is links to my progress.
